No. Your monthly fee covers the worker's salary, all Philippine statutory costs (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, 13th month pay, statutory leave), and our management fee. Optional add-ons like HMO or equipment are quoted separately and only charged if you request them.

GBP. We invoice in British Pounds Sterling. All client agreements are with Unison Staffing Solutions (UK entity), so you have a straightforward UK-to-UK commercial relationship.

Three months is our standard minimum. For first-time clients we also offer a 2-week paid trial so you can assess the fit before committing to a longer term.

Our 60-day replacement guarantee means we source a replacement at no additional recruitment cost if the hire does not meet expectations within the first 60 days. Beyond that period, replacements are managed through our standard process.

Yes. Each placement is managed individually. You can add new roles at any time, and scale down with standard notice. There are no bulk minimums or portfolio commitments.

Standard Philippine working hours aligned to your preferred time zone overlap. Most UK clients request a 4–6 hour overlap with UK business hours (typically morning Philippines time). Full working schedules are confirmed at briefing stage.

Not by default. Most workers have their own reliable setup. If you require Unison-provisioned equipment — laptop, peripherals, internet allowance — this is available as an add-on and quoted separately.
