The Unison story
Unison Staffing Solutions is a UK-registered company dedicated to connecting UK businesses with dedicated, full-time Philippines-based professionals.
The offshore staffing model was born from our own need. Running a UK care operation, we experienced the cost pressure, recruitment difficulty, and admin overhead that UK SMEs face daily: the bookkeeping that takes a week, the VA you can never quite justify, the compliance tasks that eat management time.
We built Unison to solve that problem — first for ourselves, and now for other UK businesses. The advantage we brought was genuine operational experience: we knew what good offshore support looked like because we had built it for our own organisation first.
Today Unison Staffing Solutions operates as our Philippines entity, employing workers directly and managing payroll, compliance, and HR on behalf of UK clients. Every worker is a full employee — not a contractor, not a freelancer — with a real employment contract, statutory benefits, and career support.
