Role Briefing
You tell us the role you need filled. We run a structured intake session covering responsibilities, required skills, tools, working hours, reporting lines, KPIs, and your salary expectations. We confirm the tier and provide a fully costed quote.
What happens at this stage
- 30-minute structured intake call with your account manager
- Role specification document produced and shared for sign-off
- Tier and monthly fee confirmed in writing
- Target start date agreed
Recruitment
Our Philippines recruitment team sources candidates across job boards, referral networks, and our internal talent pool. We screen CVs, conduct structured interviews, run skills assessments, and verify references. You receive a shortlist of 2–4 pre-vetted candidates with screening scorecards.
What happens at this stage
- Multi-channel sourcing (job boards, talent pool, referrals)

Selection & Onboarding
You interview the shortlisted candidates. Once you select your preferred hire, we issue the employment offer, collect all Philippine employment documents, register the worker with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR, and set up payroll. We handle day-one onboarding.
What happens at this stage
- Client interviews shortlisted candidates (video call)
- Employment offer issued within 48 hours of selection
- SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR registration handled by Unison
- Payroll setup and bank details collected
- Day-one onboarding and system access introduction
Go Live & Ongoing Management
Your dedicated worker starts. We manage payroll, HR, leave, and compliance on an ongoing basis. You receive regular check-ins during the onboarding period and monthly account reviews thereafter. You pay one monthly invoice in GBP.
What happens at this stage
- 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day onboarding check-ins
- Payroll processed monthly with full statutory compliance
- Leave management and absence tracking by Unison
- Monthly account reviews: attendance, performance, issues
- One monthly GBP invoice — no currency risk

Monthly payroll

All leave requests go through Unison. We track statutory entitlements, notify you of planned absences, and manage cover.
Performance support
You manage day-to-day tasks. If you have performance concerns, you escalate to your account manager and we handle the HR process.
Monthly account reviews
A brief monthly check-in covers attendance, performance notes, upcoming leave, and any issues on either side.
Replacement process
If a placement ends for any reason within 60 days, we source a replacement at no additional recruitment cost.
